Psychological assistance

In life, whether we like it or not, it’s sometimes hard. Important people go, they move, they abandon us … Sometimes we have to go.
The only thing that can help a little is radical acceptance.
It is especially useful when we are going through a crisis, mourning, we can mourn our lost opportunities and missed opportunities.
We can suffer, we can struggle with disappointment with ourselves, when we find that we are very different from our own ideas about us. We can have too many reasons for rebellion and boxing with reality in our life.
Especially if we are sensitive people.

I encourage you to radically accept it: when something unpleasant, unpleasant, unfair happens to us, let’s try to turn our mind on the path of acceptance:
this is what it is now, this is what it is, this moment that it hurts.
Emotional problems aren’t visible to the naked eye, but that doesn’t make them any less real.

psychological consultation – several (usually from 1 to 3) meeting with a psychologist (psychotherapist) aimed at preliminary determination of the nature of the problem and indication of ways to help.

individual psychotherapy – longer psychological help consisting in regular meetings with a psychologist (therapist). Its length, depending on the type of problem, can vary significantly.
